Beginning with a blank page or your technical constraints, the first building block is a pencil sketch on which to build. With your input every step of the way, the project has started a journey that will lead it through the following procedures:

• 2D technical drawing with projected volume
• 3D surfaces are generated on the latest Delcam 3D CAD software
• Prototype produced in clear acrylic or gel-coat resin for evaluation
• Pilot mould manufactured – production quality
• Sample bottles manufactured – 10 to 10,000 pcs (subject to approval)
